When you book a call, buy a package or sign a service agreement, we collect your name, business name, email address and phone number if you give one, plus the details you give us about who you want to reach. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.What we collect about prospects. We collect publicly available business contact information, such as a business name, a role, a business email address, the business's location, and a LinkedIn profile name, role and company. We use it only to send outreach on a client's behalf. We contact businesses and decision-makers, not private individuals.How we use it. To run the outreach you ordered, forward replies to you, send reports, book and confirm calls, process payments and handle agreements.Opting out. Every outreach email includes an opt-out line. If someone replies STOP, we stop emailing them right away and keep their address on a do-not-contact list so we don't contact them again. If someone asks us to stop on LinkedIn, we stop messaging them and add them to the do-not-contact list.Who we share it with. We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business: Cal.com for booking, Stripe for payments, Jotform Sign for service agreements, Outlook for email, and LinkedIn for messages. We may also share it if the law requires it.How long we keep it. We keep client records for as long as we work together and for the period needed for tax and legal records afterward. We keep do-not-contact entries so opt-outs keep being honored.Your requests. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.Security. We keep information in password-protected accounts, and access is limited to Lexum Resources.Changes.
